RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Applicable for: Shoes, Shirts, T-Shirts, and Winter Collection products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are damaged due to customer use.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Items marked as final sale / non-returnable (if applicable).

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after quality check of returned items.
  • Once approved, refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Option

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or defect issues, subject to stock availability.
