SHIPPING POLICY

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with the customer.
  • Customers can track their order status using the provided tracking details.

5. Delays

  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If delivery fails, the order may be returned to the origin.

7. Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
